In Yoga Nidra we create a Sankalpa, (affirmation or life's goal), this is not used in all yoga nidra practices but in this course we will apply this technique. "Sankalpa is one of the most effective means of training your mind, shaping your mind, personality, and the direction you want to go in...the purpose of sankalpa is not to fulfill desires but instead to create strength in the structure of the mind."

In this course we will also look into the teachings of Ojas/Soma in Ayurveda. How to rejuvenate using practices like Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation, Nature, Herbs, Foods and Devotional practices.
