30 Day Practice

Meditation is the practice where we begin to move beyond the changing states of mind and into a deeper states of being or awareness.  These short practices are taken from various texts and teachings of Yoga & Tantra. All practices are accessible to everyone and no prior meditation experience is necessary.  If you cannot sit cross legged you can sit in a chair or even lye down.  You may find you want to meditate longer, so you should.  Place no judgement on the practice, or even your experience of the practice, just stay with it.
