Our program offers the student an in-depth look at yoga from many perspectives that include
Techniques, Training, Practice, Lifestyle, Mantra, Meditation, Ayurveda, Teaching Methodology, Anatomy and Yoga philosophy.
Open Space Yoga creates an environment where all students are open to learn and grow regardless of their experience in yoga.
These training are open to all levels, there are no prerequisites in entering these trainings, unless you are looking to become certified through Yoga Alliance (Please read Yoga Alliance 300RYT guidelines below).
Already 200 RYT certify
Take 3 - 36 hour courses to become 300 RYT
Must already be 200 RYT to go for 300 hour certification
Trainings are open to all students.
No prerequisite to take the course.
Remaining hours are non-contact hours that consist of observation, assisting, mentorship and homework. This format allows you to go at your own pace and take the modules when they suit your schedule.
All modules are on-going and can be taken at any time in any order.

In this course we will have a deeper look into yoga asana through the energetics of the sequences, the anatomy and physiology of Ayurveda, the gunas or mental doshas, mantra vidya, even approaching vedic astrology to a certain extent.
Sequencing is not simply the putting together of poses to create a continuous flow... it's not simply choreography of asanas to music. It's not only how to access the muscles and "feel good" after practice. So then, how can we create a sequence that begins to access more than just the outer body?
There are ways. First you have to ask yourself where do I want to go? If it's yoga practice then clearly, inside.

YOGA ALLIANCE 500RYT GUIDELINES.
YOGA ALLIANCE RYT 500RYT GUIDELINES.
Teachers can register as a RYT® 500 if they have successfully completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. The 500 hours of training can either come from one school or can be a combination of a 200-hour teacher training plus 300 hours of advanced training from a RYS 300. Advanced training is defined as training that requires participants to have completed a 200-hour training. Applicants must also submit 100 teaching hours that were completed after their RYS 200 or 500 training.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
✓ Completed a 500-hour teacher training with an RYS 500, OR
✓ Completed a 200-hour teacher training with an RYS 200 AND an additional 300 hours of training with either the same RYS or a different RYS registered as a RYS 300
TEACHING REQUIREMENTS
✓ HAS AT LEAST 100 HOURS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE SINCE COMPLETING
TRAINING WITH A RYS 200 OR 500
300hr Teacher Trainings
TOTAL COST OF ALL 8 MODULES 300 RYT DISCOUNTED IF PAID IN FULL.
ALL 8 MODULES ARE OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS REGARDLESS OF EXPERIENCE.
