About the Event
Starting a NEW class at Sunset Beach Rec Center just a few minutes past Foodland on the North Shore.
The class will be called Yoga Studies with a focus on discussion on various yogic teachings and practices that help support the teachings.
Class will start April 3rd; (Wednesdays) 10:45-11:45am and will be on going. Donation based. Flowers , fruits, incense, whatever…donate what you like.
