What is Yoga Nidra Yoga nidra means yogic sleep but the person who practices yoga nidra avoids sleep in the whole process. Although you are awake, your awareness is different from the normal state of wakefulness. Your state of consciousness in yoga nidra occupies a stage which is in between the usual state of wakefulness and that of sleep." ~ N.C. Panda

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness, a way of being and an experience.  This class will be both theory and practice.  Please no food 2 hours before class.
