About the Event
Explore the fundamentals of a basic yoga practice including traditional poses, pranayama (breathing techniques) and yoga history.Â
You will work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIREDÂ
This class meets twice, April 11th & April 25th; 9:15-10:30
