About the Event
Creativity is a balancing act of complete surrender coupled with discipline. Matangi is an “outcast” free to play in the waters of the unconscious, where the bounty of creativity can be accessed. In this workshop, we will identify our own creative power or explore the possibility of introducing creativity to our practice and life.
We will begin with meditation and contemplation of Matangi and our own creative shakti. Then we will construct (drawing and painting) the Matangi yantra which when completed can be used for meditation. Slowing down our minds, and shifting our perspective, we naturally feel better; she is sure to keep us in conversation with our creative Self.
This event can be taking in the beautiful retreat setting on the North Shore of Oahu, or from. your own home.
