WISDOM TEACHINGS IN YOGA

In this 36 Hour Continuing Education Immersion we will have a deeper look into some of the most well read texts in the Yoga Indian Tradition such as the Bhagavad Gita, Sutra Texts, different philosophies and teachings from great masters.  This course will add on to your existing 200 hour RYT certification for those who want to be certified at the 300/500 level.  

Each class will not only present the wisdom teachings of the past, but also we will practice many of the methods described in the texts.  

This course is for those who look to go much deeper into the vast tradition of yoga.  

All recordings will also be availabe for download.
