The sacred texts of India teach us that first you need to orient yourself in the right direction, which is self confidence, confidence that the Self exists, the Self can be known and the method to know the Self is Yoga. Not through force but through method one knows the Self.  What are these methods then?   Tapas, Svadyaya & Isvara Pranidhana.  (Kriya Yoga). Practice, Self Study & Surrender.  This event will explore the deeper or inner practices of Yoga & Tantra.  Each day will be a guided asana, pranayama and meditation practice followed by a discussion on these valuable teachings.   All are welcome, no experience is required.  This event is in person or live zoom + recorded
