Relaxation is key. Relaxation in nature is even more beneficial. The teachings of yoga tell us that in order to achieve higher states of awareness, relaxation in essential. This course is designed to teach you up to 4 restorative yoga poses that you will be able to add to your daily practice or incorporate into your yoga class (those of you who teach)
Yoga Nidra is also an important part of deep relaxtion but even more so its a meditation practice that culminates in Samadhi. This course is designed to teach not only how to relax, but how to break free from deeper samskaras that lie dormant in the unconscious mind.
This course is open to all students and teachers who are looking for methods to release tension, and meditate in a more effortless way. Class will teake place on the land in Waialua
