RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND BATH

Come just as you are to deeply relax, restore and renew through this early evening and nourishing restorative yoga + sound bath experience. The essence of this class is the practice of “being” and not doing, allowing the body and mind to slow down offering a balance from the stressors of everyday life.  Restorative Yoga (passive poses fully supported by the use of bolsters, blankets and blocks) will be practiced in the first half of the class followed by a gentle Sound Bath with the use of calming instruments.  The combination of these two incredibly relaxing and beneficial modalities helps soothe the nervous system while bringing a sense of calm, balance and overall well-being to mind body and spirit.
