About the Event

We are in the habit of constantly turning our awareness on the outside world of change and form, but rarely turn the attention to the inner world of freedom and joy.  How do we turn inward? By moving Prana inward!  In this event we will explore some of the teachings & Practices of Yoga, Tantra & Ayurveda.  Class will include lecture, mantra, pranayama, meditation & relaxation.  Space is limited to 15 students.  You may also take in the comfort of your home via zoom, please specify when booking if you will join us in person or via zoom.
