MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The intention behind this mentorship is to help guide the student through the teachings of Hatha Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Raja Yoga into a deeper place within.  Although Yoga is widely practiced its true essence has been lost. This one on one mentorship will be designed by us together based on your desires as a student and for those of you who want to teach.  My desire for this mentorship is to keep the flame of yoga lit.  To not lose the deepest parts of the tradition to body practice only and to share with you the potential yoga has to offer.

This mentorship will entail the following and more based on the direction you want to go

Teaching and Practicing the outer and inner limbs of yoga, (8 limbs of Yoga)

Sequencing for a desired effect.

Daily sadhana practices

8 Limbs of Yoga 

Hatha Yoga Practices 

Ayurveda and Lifestyle Practices.

Prerequisites: 200 Yoga Certification or equivalent

We will meet live zoom 2-4 x's a month, approx 6 hours a month (or at the pace that works for your schedule) 

Cost for the yearly mentorship $3600.

Students that live in Hawai'i we can also meet in person on the North Shore

500 Hours can also be added to Yoga Alliance Certification.
