About the Event
This class will be based on the teachings of Hatha Yoga that include asana, pranayama, mudra and meditation. Also mantra yoga will be practiced throughout the class... tantra yoga is known mostly as the practice of mantra marga, or the path of mantra. Class location is on The Land in Waialua, please text for directions. Class is dontation based.
