Join us for our SPRING YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
This course is 2 months in person and one month live zoom. The entire course will also be recorded incase you cannot attend all the classes in person or live.
The course is broken down as follows:
157 Hours Theories, Techniques, Practice and Assignments.
20 Hours Yoga Anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff's (online course)
25 Hours at homework/study
