SOUND BATH IN PARADISE

Rest and receive the benefits of sound! This sound bath experience is an invitation to enter deep rest, relaxation and a deeper connection within. You will be “bathed” in the frequencies and vibrations of the sacred sounds from crystal and tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments being played helping to bring a sense of harmony, balance and overall well-being to mind, body and spirit.

Emily feels sacred sound is here for us all as a supportive tool to remember our true nature within.

The sound bath is experienced while comfortably laying down so please bring a yoga mat and optional pillow, blanket, eye cover for extra comfort.  We will be in a beautiful covered outdoor space inviting in a deeper connection with our dear Mother Earth.
