About the Event

Sankalpa is a sacred intent, a resolve, or resolution.  

Often we make intentions more on the superficial layer of desire, but sankalpa is a sacred intent.  To literally hear the sound of the desire from within the cave of the heart is sankalpa.  

We will look at various teachings from Yoga Nidra and other texts and end with a guided yoga nidra practice.  

Join us in person or via live zoom.  Class will also be recorded.
