RESTORATIVE YOGA & YOGA NIDRA AND CHAI

Come let go into the stunning nature of the North Shore.  Join us for a 2 hour event that will relax and calm your mind and body.  Class will begin with a restorative practice using props for maximum ease followed by a guided 30 minute yoga nidra practice.  Yoga Nidra is often referred to as psychic sleep or the sleep of the sages since it brings one into the deeper states of awareness.  Its one of the most powerful practices for creating intentions (sankalpa) 

After class we can all enjoy a cup of Chai and talk story.  Class must be booked on the workshop page.  Event is $25
