Deeply relax, restore and renew through this nourishing restorative yoga + sound bath experience. The first half of the class you will be in passive resting poses fully supported by the use of bolsters, blankets and blocks and then guided into a relaxing sound bath for the second half of class. A sound bath is an invitation for deep rest and relaxation as calming sound instruments are played to help soothe the nervous system while bringing a sense of calm, balance and overall well-being to mind, body and spirit.
