HAWAI'I YOGA RETREAT SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 10th

You will be guided in a yoga class that includes deep yoga asana, pranayama, meditation & yoga nidra.   Also included in the retreat is a  2 hour talk on Yoga & Ayurveda. Ayurveda is now becoming more well known, and offers lifestyle practices to create harmony & balance in the body and mind.  

Class Includes:

Yoga Asana Practice 8:30-10

Lecture 10:30-12:30

Mary (Shubha) is a certified Life Style Counselor and her experiential teachings support the ancient traditions of Yoga, healing Asana, Tantra and Mantra for the well-being of mind, body and spirit. 

She also teaches the 200RYT/300RYT Hour Teacher Training Courses, which she has established since 2004.

Mary has studied with Dr. David Frawley of the American Institute of Vedic Studies and teaches the institute’s ‘Ayurveda Healing Course’. She continues her studies with Kerala Ayurveda and Jyotisha with Dharma Widmann.
