About the Event
This class will be focused on the techniques used in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika including, asana, mudra, pranayama and meditation. All levels are welcome. Please do not eat 2 hours before class or just light food like fruit and tea. Class is donation based. Link will be sent 2 hours before class.
